Why haven't you featured my size?
My goal for this blog is to find and discuss knitting patterns that look good on a variety of body shapes and sizes. If a pattern is not featured in your size, this could be due to any of three reasons.
1. I couldn't find a project that looked good in your size. As much as I'd like to show only patterns that flatter an XS to an XXXL, those are few and far between. Sometimes things only look good on one end of the spectrum. My goal here is a variety of sizes, not all sizes.
2. I couldn't get permission to feature a project in your size. I get permission for all projects featured. If someone doesn't want to play along, I can't force them. However, I will try to direct you to them through links if possible.
3. No one has knit this project in your size yet. Believe it or not, it is very difficult to find projects in all sizes. Sometimes the designer has limited the directions to a few sizes. Sometimes no one has tried it. I'll always try to get at least 3-4 sizes with as much variation in size as possible.
Maybe as we gather steam, we'll get more referrals and more variation. I'm very happy to offer what I can.

Hmmm, what are you looking for in a partner? I'm certainly interested in knits for all shapes (I have a slightly unusual shape and I have friends with lots of other shapes...)

Right now, I'd like someone to help scout patterns, contact knitters for permission to use photos, and just keep track of that process. I usually like to keep 2-3 patterns rolling, so that means requesting permission from 6-8 knitters for each project, hearing back from 4-5 of them and just keeping track of who's been asked/replied.
